✅ Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition and packaging.
• Custom-made or personalized items unless there is a defect or error on our part.
  

🔁 Exchanges

• Contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order number and issue.
• We'll provide instructions for return or exchange.
• Once received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or ship the new item.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the return
• Refunds will be made to your original payment method
